Jane was born sometime in 1820 in the small village of Moseley in Surrey. Moseley is fairly close to London and not far from Richmond and the River Thames. So far I have only come across Jane in a couple of documents on Ancestry.co.uk. These are the 1841 census where at the age of 21 she is living in Moseley with her family, no occupation is given, the details in the 1841 census are very basic. The other document is from the Parish record of her baptism in West Moseley on 24th September 1820. Nothing between those two dates and nothing after 1841. One of the problems I encounter is with common names, where Keeley is not a particularly common name, Jane is. Another problem is that a lot of people could not read or write and probably viewed having to record details with superstition. So with Jane it is a case of no idea if she ever married, had children, died at a young age.
